Our production
We are the creators of these musical instruments. Our production is located in Moscow, in the old building of the Electrozavod.
We use new blanks, high carbon steel 2.3 mm thick. The main part of the work is done by hand: workpieces are cut, processed, welded and adjusted. We use a laser to cut the petals, so they are neat and even. The sound of the instrument depends on the
length of the petals. Tuning takes place exclusively by hand, by cutting the petals to a clear sound. For this, a tuner is used.When painting, we use powder paints and varnish, they are the most wear-resistant and weather-resistant.For more than 5 years we
have been manufacturing glucophones. During this time we have made and sold more than 2000 Tank Drums.Our Tank Drums are ordered not only in Russia, but all over the world.
